Prime Forge Motors ships automotive engines, transmissions, and related parts to addresses in the United States.

Processing time

Orders are normally processed within 1–3 business days after payment is confirmed and product availability has been verified. Processing may take longer if additional order or shipping information is required.

Delivery estimates

Estimated delivery is 8–12 calendar days after dispatch. This is an estimate, not a guarantee. Freight and oversized shipments may require carrier appointment scheduling and may take longer.

Shipping costs

Standard shipping is $325 for orders below $4,000. Orders totaling $4,000 or more qualify for free shipping. The applicable shipping charge is shown at checkout. Prime Forge Motors does not add shipping, freight, residential-delivery, or liftgate charges after checkout.

Freight and delivery requirements

Customers are responsible for providing an accurate delivery address and confirming that the location can receive the ordered item. Freight deliveries may require a suitable receiving area, delivery appointment, or liftgate service. Prime Forge Motors will coordinate any required delivery appointment or liftgate service without adding shipping charges after checkout.

Tracking

Tracking information will be sent to the customer by email when the carrier assigns it. Carrier scans and delivery estimates may change after dispatch.

Damage on arrival

Customers should inspect the shipment before accepting delivery whenever possible. Photograph the packaging and item, note visible damage on the delivery receipt or bill of lading, and contact Prime Forge Motors at info@primeforgemotors.com within 48 hours. Do not discard damaged packaging until the claim process is complete.

Returns and return shipping

Return eligibility, return-shipping responsibility, restocking fees, and refund timing are governed by the Prime Forge Motors Refund & Return Policy. Do not ship an item back without written return instructions.
