Warranty Claim Procedure

Warranty claims must comply with the applicable warranty terms and conditions.

Customers may initiate a warranty claim by contacting Prime Forge Motors at info@primeforgemotors.com and providing a precise explanation of the issue.

Pictures and supporting documents, including the invoice and mechanic’s report where applicable, may be required to evaluate a claim.

Customers should inspect their shipment upon receipt whenever possible. If visible damage or discrepancies are identified, customers should document the issue with photographs and contact Prime Forge Motors promptly.

If damage is visible at delivery, customers should note the damage on the delivery receipt or bill of lading and retain photographs and other supporting documentation for the claim.

Claim Steps

Step 1: Initiate the warranty claim by email with a detailed explanation of the issue and provide any requested photographs or documentation.

Step 2: If a return is authorized, the engine, transmission, or applicable part must be returned in the condition required under the applicable warranty terms. Missing parts or unauthorized modifications may affect warranty eligibility.

Step 3: The customer is responsible for returning the item when return shipping is required under the warranty process. The returned item will be inspected to determine whether the reported issue qualifies for warranty coverage.

If the item is verified to have a covered defect, Prime Forge Motors will provide the applicable remedy in accordance with the warranty terms, which may include a replacement where available.

Returns and Refunds

Warranty claims and standard returns are separate processes.

Standard returns are governed by the Prime Forge Motors Refund & Return Policy.

For standard returns, return requests must be submitted within 30 days of delivery and must satisfy the eligibility requirements stated in the Refund & Return Policy.

A standard return does not change or extend the applicable warranty period for the product.

For defective items, customers should contact Prime Forge Motors before disassembly, repair, modification, installation changes, or return so that the issue can be reviewed under the applicable warranty process.

Shipping charges, return shipping responsibilities, restocking fees, refund eligibility, and refund processing times for standard returns are governed by the Refund & Return Policy.

Do not send an item back without written return authorization and instructions from Prime Forge Motors.
